Shipping & Delivery

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package has shipped. Orders may be split into multiple shipments and items ordered together may not ship on the same day.

We only prefer DHL services for international shipping for secure and fast delivery. You have to contact us before palcing the order for other then DHL delivery services is required. 

Orders must ship to a single address .You will have to place multiple orders if you wish to ship to additional addresses.

For personalization, please allow 5 to 7 business days for customization, plus additional time for shipping. If you have any non-personalized items in your order, they will ship prior to your personalized items. Personalized items cannot be expedited.

Returns & Replacements

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every item. Your satisfaction is our highest priority and we always carefully inspect each order prior to shipment.

If you notice any damage when you receive your package, please notify us right away and include a photo and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

We will pay the return shipping cost for any broken, damaged, defective or incorrect product. Please note that we do not accept returns on personalized items, unless it is broken or damaged in delivery.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. Simply send your unused/new items within 120 days.

How To Return An Item:

  • If you notice any damage when you receive your package, please notify us right away and include a photo and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
  • Place the product back in the box with all the original packing materials.

Ordering
All orders will only be processed if furnished with complete information and payment is verified. You will be notified the order details and their status thru email.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We only accept payment through PayPal and online Wire Transfer. For Wire Transfer, please send us the copy of wire transfer slip to process the order. 
Viewing Orders
You may login to your account to track the order status, Order history and other related information.
Updating Account Information
It is advisable to update your account information before placing the order. We are not responsible if the orders are delivered based on old information.
